Quake III Arena Packaging Display for QuakeCon
To promote the upcoming title of Quake III Arena at QuakeCon99, focus2 was hired to design a display case for exhibiting the Quake III Arena packaging prototype. The display of the package was intended to be a pre-order marketing concept to promote the game. Mixing sheared metal with glass, the display case protected the prototype during its exhibit. Lined with black velvet and illuminated from within, the display demanded attention.
